Volcanoes National Park, in north-west Rwanda, is one of the great places to see mountain gorillas. The terrain is awe-inspiring and can be difficult to trek across, depending on the location of your gorilla family. Because of this each person is assessed on the day and allocated an appropriate trek for their ability.
